journaling my local wellness bart rademaker

Pictures and movies are wonderful. Facebook has helped us by others capturing magic moments in our lives. Over time memories fade, even with pictures. However – if you could only capture the special moments and the aha moments of insights – then the world keeps on being as big as those moments in your future. Even better – you get to share them with your children and your children’s children. The greatness of you and your experiences deserve to be captured. So develop the habit to journal. At the end of each day for 5 – 10 minutes or more. Capture what was important what was great.
